Job Requirements Support planning & project development for new construction and renovation projects across North America Role is Project Manager of architectural & interior renovation projects for all North American facilities Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate and project schedules Ensure compliance with all local related local code, & facility operations compliance Maintain weekly project meeting reports, action items, schedules and budget tracking Develop and implement NA Building standards for best practices on projects Role is primarily for planning of projects, which includes developing scope, cost, schedule and funding with support from third party vendors, but also will include some continuation into project implementation for design direction, submittal review and RFI responses Job Qualifications Min 5 years' experience in architectural position with strong interior experience Preferable focus on commercial office interiors & building exteriors, though facilities covered will include R&D labs, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers and other Team Member amenity buildings Strong knowledge/experience working with NA building codes Demonstration of strong design and planning skills with knowledge of current design trends Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with ability to quickly shift priorities for urgent requests Excellent organizational skills & very strong, graphically focused communication skills Experience with multiple internal & external stakeholders, ranging from project requestors to IS, Security, furniture vendors, AEs and GCs and internal Project Implementation teams Experience in verbally presenting to executives for project approval Experience with programming new building and renovation projects thoroughly and clear Experience using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop (Revit knowledge desirable but not mandatory) Site Master planning experience NCARB certificate with Architecture License or on path to licensure preferred Experience with preparing visual presentations using full suite of Microsoft Office software Experience working with corporate standards & specifications Experience with LEED & WELL Building a plus Reliance One, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
