Silver Elm is in need of a professional housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our Senior Living community by carrying out cleaning and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our property in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity High school degree Salary: $17 per hourNOTE: Wages are determined based on the following factors candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity*Please note in an effort to separate us from falsified job ads and other scammers, we only post legitimate job openings on trusted websites and will never ask for sensitive information such as your SSN or your bank details before the on-boarding process takes place.#IND
