Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting transactions, focusing on accuracy in accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely verification, classification, and recording of financial data, including invoice processing and payment disbursements. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial entries and records. Support monthly and annual reconciliation efforts for vendor accounts and statements. Assist in preparing detailed financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information. Maintain compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring all financial operations are carried out in line with legal guidelines.
