Can you picture yourself here working on a top-tier golf course learning the skills involved in Golf Course maintenance? - - - - You'd be responsible for: - - - - Golf Course Maintenance - working with the Turf Management crews in the field; to care for Greens, Fairways, and Tee Boxes. Assist the superintendent to organize and direct maintenance of all areas within the scope and according to the technical specifications of the contract Assist with procuring and managing supplies and materials to support maintenance activities Account Management - Shadow the Golf Superintendant and Assistant Superintendant in client meetings and course walk-throughs. Agronomic Review - Shadow a Spray Technician Irrigation - Understand the various parts of the irrigation system; Irrigation troubleshooting and best practices Represent BrightView Golf Maintenance in a positive and professional manner including attitude, appearance, and public relations You might be a good fit if you have: - - - - Pursuing a bachelors or associates degree in any areas of Agriculture such as the following: Turf Management, Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant or Soil Science -And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have: - - - - Proficiency with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as CRM systems Self-motivated to work on tasks Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment Strong work ethic Here's what to know about working here: - - - - Here at BrightView, we're as passionate about caring for our clients as we are about caring for each other.
