The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience focusing on representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in various financial transactions.Duties:Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.Provide legal counsel on complex financial matters related to debt finance transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.Requirements:3+ years of experience in debt finance transactions, preferably with private equity sponsors and/or banks.Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable law school.Comparable law firm experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Relevant Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Strong drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
