Title: Accounting Specialist Salary: $50,000- $60,000 About Us: Vincent Limousine is a white gloved, family-owned transportation company based in Astoria, New York. We provide luxury transportation services to clients in the New York City Metropolitan Area, nationwide as well as internationally. We pride ourselves on the longevity of our relationships and the services that we have been providing to our clients for over 40 years. Exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' needs are met 100% of the time is our number one priority. What You'll do: As our Accounting Specialist you'll provide daily support to our controller and CFO. This position must ensure accuracy, integrity, and credibility of all accounting records while following appropriate financial policies and internal controls Processing Billing reports Prepare, verify, and process financial documents. Managing client Invoicing Supporting Accounts receivable tasks Responsible for communicating with vendors regarding payables and discussing invoice discrepancies with appropriate departments. Maintain reports of all data entry Provide general administrative support to the accounting department Accounting Specialist Qualifications: Experience using QuickBooks Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
