Responsibilities:• Maintain detailed records of all equipment maintenance and repairs carried out at the facilities in San Jose, CA, US.• Ensure prompt response to maintenance requests and efficient management of maintenance tasks.• Conduct routine maintenance on various equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to guarantee optimal performance and address any necessary repairs effectively.• Regularly inspect building windows, walls, and doors for any damages and proceed with the required repairs promptly. Qualifications:• Availability to respond to on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends is preferred.• Strong knowledge and understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures are necessary.• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail are important qualities for the ideal candidate.• A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience is required for this role.• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
