The Armed Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. An Armed Security Shift Supervisor acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. They supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. $18.90 / hour Schedule: Saturday- Sunday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM *A valid driver's license will be required for this post *Valid Florida Security Class D License and G License Perks and Benefits: We offer attractive Pay Options! Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions Flexible part time and full-time schedules that fit with your personal life goals Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21+ years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience Must have Valid Driver's License for driving company property Must be comfortable with computer skills and customer service skills Preferred, Bilingual English and Spanish/Creole Must be available to work any time and day Required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations; covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
