Key Responsibilities: Provide billing and coding support, prior authorization assistance, and benefit verification to patients, providers, and caregivers Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve requests promptly Stay informed about payer and reimbursement trends and coordinate with internal and external service providers Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in medical administration 6+ months of remote work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite General knowledge of healthcare billing preferred
