In search of a Receptionist/Assistant for True North K12 Learning located in Rensselaer, NY. True North K12 Learning is an educational program for high risk students and students with learning disabilities. Location: Southern Rennselaer County Boys & Girls Club, Rennselaer, NY Hours: 8am - 2pm Full-Time or Part-Time as a Job ShareRate of pay: $25/hour Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: -Monitoring student arrival and departure.-Management of school bus transportation-Keeping accurate attendance for students and staff.-Keeping track of student schedules-Using a walkie-talking to communicate student and teacher needs.Applicant must be-Reliable and dependable-Organized and resourceful-Detail Oriented-Friendly -Have excellent communication skills-Structured yet flexibleThis same position may also be available at our Schenectady Location.
